Many of our LED bulbs are dimmable. Please check the product description before purchasing.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
Our bulbs range from warm white (2700K) to cool daylight (5000K) to fit different lighting needs.
After-Sales Questions
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Please contact our support team with your order number to initiate the process.
Take a photo and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.We will handle returns and exchanges for you.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Opened packages can be returned only if the item is defective or incorrect.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.You can use the tracking number to get the logistics information.
